Meet Carmen Paola: A Champion for Her Community
Carmen Paola Julián Maximino's journey through PEACE's Campeones program led to academic excellence and community leadership, inspiring younger students while pursuing dreams of international travel and tourism studies.
Carmen Paola Julián Maximino's educational journey began through PEACE's Campeones program in Higuera Blanca, where she demonstrated exceptional commitment and earned recognition as "Top student of her generation." This achievement opened doors to Prepanet, where she maintains impressive academic performance with marks of 96.50, 96.17, and 94.79 across her first three terms.
Her success draws strength from family relationships. She credits her mother as an inspiration, her sister as a close confidant, and her father for steadfast support. At PEACE Punta de Mita, she has cultivated both creativity and leadership abilities through participation in academic competitions, extracurricular activities, and community work.
Currently, Carmen Paola leads a community initiative focused on building younger children's confidence in academics while enhancing their literacy skills. She applies her own learning to serve others in her community, viewing education as having broader social impact beyond individual achievement.
Her future aspirations center on studying tourism and traveling internationally, while maintaining deep gratitude for Higuera Blanca and Punta de Mita—the communities she credits with making her success possible.
